K

Encloses a quantity in binary kilobytes (one binary kilobyte (KiB) is 1024 bytes). This may be a decimal number. The unit should be left out. It is filled in automatically by the database. For example, <K>0.5</K> renders into '512 bytes'; <K>768</K> renders as '768 KiB'; and <K>20480</K> renders as '20 MiB'. This is the preferred way of referring to byte quantities.
