HELP

This empty element marks a spot where help is needed. It is used like this: 'Unknown CPU <HELP/>'. This would render an icon or link to a form where a user can fill in the missing information, which would then be mailed to the entry's administrators for review and inclusion in the entry. HELP marks spots in the entry where the information is uncertain or unauthoritative.
