Specify the ID of the named block. This ID consists of the name of the computer entry to access, and the name of the block. The two are separated by a semicolon. For instance, to insert the block 'myblock' from the Sinclair ZX81 entry, we would write <REF ID="Sinclair ZX81;myblock"/> (note the trailing slash, as REF is an empty element).
