The Machine Room is Back!
This is the recovered Machine Room from 2005. Please don't expect wonders. The look and feel of this site is nine years old, and so is its code. Some of the functionality has been recovered while the rest of the site is modernised and restructured. Watch this space!
Top :: Companies :: Commodore
The most popular classic computer manufacturer ever — at least as far as the Machine Room is concerned. Commodore made a very wide range of very successful computers. They literally sold millions of each. Eventually it collapsed — one of the last big, successful companies of the Home Computer Boom of the Eighties. Thankfully, the Amiga (not a Commodore computer, initially) still lives to provide an option to Wintels.
